Our stories
Photite publishes gaming news and commentary for general information. We link the facts in each story to their sources. We work hard to get things right and fix mistakes openly on our Corrections page, but stories can change after we publish, so check the sources before relying on anything important.
Tips
- Tips are voluntary payments to support Photite. They aren't donations to a charity, aren't tax-deductible and aren't an investment.
- No GST is charged on tips, including Founding Supporter tips.
- Founding Supporters get only the perks described on the tips page, while Photite runs.
- You must be 18 or over to tip, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
- Founding Supporter tips are refunded on request, no questions asked. Reply to your Founding Supporter number email or email [email protected]. A refunded number is released and may be reissued to another supporter. Numbers mark one of 100 places and don't show the order people joined.
- Other tips are final, and we don't give refunds for change of mind. This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If something goes wrong with a payment, such as a duplicate charge or the wrong amount, email [email protected] and we'll correct it or refund the difference.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Copyright and trademarks
Photite's stories, design and logo are copyright Photite. Game names, logos and other trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Links to other sites
We link to sources and other websites. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
