RuneScape's next Double XP runs from 6 to 16 Nov, Jagex says in its week-ahead post on 2 Nov. Players get 48 hours of double XP to spend inside that 10-day window and can pause the timer.
Jagex calls it the final Double XP before the game's microtransaction send-off event. The same post says the remastered tutorial, Journey, with a new Elvarg model, is due on 2 Dec (as of 2 Nov).
Jagex has not given a start time, so check the launcher on 6 Nov.
