Arc System Works says the email service it uses for its TeamArc fan club newsletter, Blastmail, suffered unauthorised access, and members' details may have leaked. As of its 29 Oct notice, it says no leak of TeamArc members' email addresses has been confirmed.

Arc System Works says it only gave Blastmail members' email addresses, gender and age group. No names, addresses or credit card details were stored there. The service's operator told the studio on 21 Oct and is still investigating.

Arc System Works says it never asks for passwords or card details by email, and suggests deleting any suspicious email using the TeamArc or Arc System Works name without opening links or attachments. EventHubs notes it follows confirmed email leaks at Capcom and Bandai Namco.
