World of Warcraft: Forever is live worldwide, Blizzard said in its launch post after the 4 Nov open. The permanent Classic-style experience sits beside modern and Classic WoW, with new and reimagined zones such as Mount Hyjal, Shen'dralas, the Riverglades and Zephras Isle, more than 1,000 new quests on the level 1–60 path, the Skyborne race, and the account-wide Legacy System.
Blizzard says first login asks you to pick an Experience Preset (Classic or Enhanced) and a Ruleset (Normal, PvP, Roleplay or Roleplay PvP), with Hardcore promised later. Character names use a two-name structure unique inside a region. PC Gamer's Harvey Randall reported a short queue and a stable night of play on EU Roleplay, and said other players echoed a smooth open after the beta's queue drama.
Oceanic players still watch the day/night and realm questions Photite flagged earlier. Check the in-game ruleset picker rather than an old realm list, and expect Blizzard to keep tuning capacity in the first week.
